Lowestoft BLUE BOAR (deeds from 03.04.1823) Copyhold
Lowestoft KINGS HEAD ( no deeds detail given),
Blundeston PLOUGH (deeds from 17.11.1789) Freehold
Bradwell SUN ( deeds from 28.07.1781) Freehold.
John Penrice Bell, Frederick Brown and Frederick John Turner, executors
of the late John Sayers Bell, sold 20 houses to Steward Patteson & Finch for the sum
of £11,875, as agreement dated 28th June 1865. One Suffolk house, Lowestoft Red Lion was
included.
