Possibly same house as VINCENTS TAVERN, on the Quay, as recorded 13th February 1776 when a sale of Madeira Wine was held and as recorded 29th January 1777 when two properties, The Anchorsmith's Shop and a Blacksmith's Shop were sold by auction.

Also the ship STAWELL of two hundred tons burthen, lengthened by sixteen and a half feet, was to be sold at the VINCENT'S TAVERN on Monday 31st May 1779.

Located at the North West corner of Row 61, Howard Street to North Quay.
