22nd August 1878 - Warned by the Court that a hole in his back wall, large enough to pass a jug of beer through, rendered him liable to a 10s per day penalty and forfeiture of his licence. Licence renewed following confirmation that the hole had been filled.
Convicted during the year 1892 to Aug 1893. Licence renewed August 1893 upon promise to conduct the house properly.

On Friday 13th January 1905 the licence was transferred from Mr. Hawkins who said he tried to keep a quite house and found there was no trade. He did not like the house. The rent was said to be £20 per year.
