Destroyed by fire 5th September 1901 and rebuilt by the Barrow family.

Reopened as GOODES HOTEL June 1902.

Appears as GOODES ASSEMBLY ROOMS in the licence registers and initially held a 6 day licence. A 7 day licence was granted 01.03.1904.

Closed for business 20.10.1967 until Easter 1968
Closed for business 18.10.1968 until Easter 1969
Closed for business 24.10.1969 until Easter 1970

New licence granted 23.07.1970 under the name of
GOODES BIER KELLER

By 1980 the name had changed to the
