At the Brewster Sessions 24.08.1901 Lacons applied for removal of licence to a proposed
new house at Press's Estate at Southtown.
This was reported as the 3rd such application.
It was further stated that Lacons would not suffer because the TOMLINSON
ARMS adjoined the NORWICH ARMS,
which was also a Lacons house.
The Committee recommended the application,
but the Bench refused it.
The licence was given up ( Along with that of the NORWICH ARMS.)
