ROBERT BLACKIE of Kings Lynn
RICHARD CATLEUGH of Kings Lynn
Licensees :

ROBERT BLACKIE
grocer - selling wines & spirits
by 1862
RICHARD CATLEUGH 18.05.1885

Stood on the corner of Norfolk Street & Broad Street.

Although seemingly primarily a grocers shop,
the licence registers indicate that a full licence was held from at least 1872 to 1892
This would allow the sale of beer, wine & spirits and
consumption of same on the premises.

No application made for licence renewal at the General Annual Licensing Meeting 29.08.1892

It is said that liquors were not sold from the premises
for `many' years before the licence lapsed.

Became Messrs Catleugh's Outfitters,
later Holland & Barrett
