Part of the land conveyed in 1868 was sold 1880.

Valuation of property 25 July 1889 given as £1050 (Copyhold), including 17 acres of land, a Slaughterhouse and Butchers Shop.

Purchased from Bidwells 1st April 1905 by E C Quilter (Who carried on trading as Bidwells until 1924.)

House rebuilt c1930.

No change recommended at First Joint Committee Meeting of Bullards and  Steward & Patteson 29 May 1962.

Sales for 1961 were reported as 132 barrels
