A curious entry in the Licence Register stating no application made February 1930 for licence renewal. So presumably a licence existed to that date?

Appears to have been a wine & spirit retailer.
Although apparently having a full licence, no record yet found of selling beer
for consumption on the premises.

Thanks to LRLH for information update.
