` On way from Church to Quay, Starr House, a multi-paned shop front, elevated on steps
above the street,
was converted from a public house in 1865'
The shop was initially known as Commerce House and later as Starr House, when run by Freda
Starr.
Occupied by `Made in Cley' pottery shop by 2000
