1778 inventory includes `30 pair of Bowls and 7 Jacks.
1801 inventory lists `Bower by the Cellar Door, Table etc, Garden Roll stone, Two Benches on the Green & Two Summer Houses'.

When sold 1823 it was described as planted with fruit trees.
