The Lynn Advertiser of 1 July 1910 carried an Auction Notice by "Cruso & Wilkin in conjunction with Hawkins & Sons" listing a large number of freehold properties in Downham Market, Denver, Stow Bridge and Tottenhill, to be sold "on behalf of the Mortgagees."
