July 1910 carried an Auction Notice by "Cruso & Wilkin in conjunction with
Hawkins & Sons" listing a large number of freehold properties in
Downham Market, Denver, Stow Bridge and Tottenhill, to be sold "on behalf of
the Mortagees."

VALUABLE BEER HOUSE known as "Market House Inn," with large yard and
outbuildings.
