It was announced 30 April 1743 :-

A Main of Cocks will be fought at Henry Jay's the THREE TUNS at Harleston in Norfolk on Thursday and Friday next.
All persons shall meet with kind usage and a hearty welcome from their humble servant.
Henry Jay.

Another match was to be held Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th May 1747.
Henry Jay still being in occupation.
