Then in the occupation of Mr. J. Hade at the annual rent of £7 5s 6d.
With Outhouses, Yards, Orchard and Pightle adjoining of, by estimation, Three Roods. Freehold with rights of Commonage.

Mr Potter of the Swan Inn was robbed of 13/6d by a single footpad who was armed with a short gun and accompanied by a dog - As reported 8th December 1781.
