Seemingly same as BULL & COLOURS given in Wayland Register taken 16th September 1794.

Mr. Ward, keeper of the DRUM, Watton,  sued farmer Lincoln for defamation at the Norfolk Assizes held in Norwich, 5th August 1807.
Mr. Lincoln had called Ward "a rogue, a thief and a liar."
The case was proved and Ward had the verdict and 40s damages.
