Once within the boundary of Cambridgeshire but transferred to Norfolk and combined in the parish of Welney.

Lease not renewed by Bullards following expiry 11.10.1920
Licence lapsed 1933.

Found as Happy Home Farm in 1929 and 1933.

A claim for compensation was heard by the Norfolk Licensing Committee on Tuesday 8th May 1934.
Mr. George Swann was named as the owner who had held the licence for some considerable time, but there had been no supply of beer from the brewery for several years.
It was therefore considered that the value of the house with a licence and without was negligible.
The committee accordingly held the difference in value at nothing.
