According to Edward Hearn, there was second beerhouse operating in Wormegay in 1882, other than his house.

James Thurston is recorded as a Beer Retailer from at least 1888.

Location of this house appears to be a short distance east of the RED LION near what was the smithy. (Opposite the old Stone Cross)
