** In 1851 George E. Bolingbroke (34) is given as a wine, spirit, ale & porter merchant at Upper St. Giles, (possibly at number 92, known to be a Wine & Spirits merchants). **

At the 1906 licensing sessions it was reported that the house had a 6 day beer and wine on licence. A manageress was in charge of the business, which was accessed through a passage situated between two shops and police supervision was a matter of difficulty.

Licence provisionally refused and referred to Compensation Wednesday 7th February 1906.
Closed under Compensation 08.02.1907.
