On Monday 12th April 1813, the Household Furniture and Stock In Trade of Henry Shepard was to be Sold by Auction upon the instructions of the Sheriffs of Norwich.
Tables and chairs were among the furniture and the Stock in Trade included :-
60 to 70 gallons of Foreign Spirits and upwards of 300 gallons of British Spirits and Cordials. 11 Butts of double and single Brown Stout Porter, 10 Barrels of fine Burton and Dorchester Ale, 220 dozen (bottles) of Porter and Ale. Five gross of glass bottles and sundry other effects.
Name of house not given, but location as Willow Lane, St. Giles and the nature of stock, suggests this house.


House no. 195 out of a total of 557 given in the Magistrates list of 1845.
