The Norfolk Chronicle of 10th February 1906 reported that the Chief Constable objected to the renewal of licence on the ground that internal doors connected with `the bakery'. Since the matters were merely structural the Chief Constable agreed that if alterations were started upon, or carried out before the adjourned Brewster Sessions, the the Police objections would be withdrawn.
