24th July 1819 - A CASE OF EXTREME DISTRESS.

The sudden death of William Stafford, late of the Tuns Tavern, having left a widow in ill health, and Eight Children (Six of whom are totally unprovided for), the benevolence of the Public is most earnestly solicited in their behalf.
It is melancholy to state, that since the father's death, a Daughter, 16 years of age, is confined in Bethel, chargeable to the Widow.

Unfortunately the address of the Tuns Tavern is not published in the above plea.
