24th July 1819 - A CASE OF EXTREME DISTRESS.

The sudden death of William Stafford, late of the Tuns Tavern, having left a widow in ill health, and Eight Children ( Six of whom are totally unprovided for), the benevolence of the Public is most earnestly solicited in their behalf.
It is melancholy to state, that since the father's death, a Daughter, 16 years of age, is confined in Bethel, chargeable to the Widow.

Unfortunately the address of the Tuns Tavern is not published in the above plea.
