Two Dutch brothers (Sebastian and Johannas Terelinck) settled over here from Holland and lived in North End. Johannas married Martha Irwin, John Irwin's daughter, landlord of the Ostrich pub.

The committee accepted the full claim with 10% going to the tenant.
