A Neat Messuage, at Rockland St. Peter, in the occupation of Mr. William Allen, called the Green Dragon, licensed for the sale of Beer, well situated for and commanding a good trade, with a good Cellar, Barn and other convenient Out-buildings; also a Cottage adjoining, in the occupation of William Greengrass.

Lot 2. being a Cottage and Bake Office opposite Lot 1. In occupation of William Allen and William Greengrass.

Lot 3. being Two Roods of Arable Land adjoining the Scoulton Road, in occupation of William Allen.

Lot 4. The crop of Barley growing on Lot 3.
