The first meeting of the creditors of Charles James Cox was held at Norwich on Monday, 1st October 1906.
Gross liabilities amounted to £242 18s 5d, and of that sum £232 19s was expected for dividend. There were 22 unsecured creditons. Assets were estimated to produce £37 8s 1d, a deficiency of £205 10s 4d.
Mr. Cox attributed his failure to "losses as a boatowner".
