Conveyed with 10 acres of land from the estate of the late L S Bidwell to S C Bidwell 30th December 1868

Part of the land conveyed in 1868 was sold 1880.

Valuation of property 25 July 1889 given as £1050 (Copyhold), including 17 acres of land, a Slaughterhouse and Butchers Shop.

Purchased from Bidwells 1st April 1905 by E C Quilter (Business carried on trading as Bidwells until 1924.)

Original house apparently destroyed by fire.
Plans for reconstruction approved February 1938.

No change recommended at First Joint Committee Meeting of Bullards and  Steward & Patteson 29 May 1962.

Sales for 1961 were reported as 132 barrels
