Not found by name in 1865, however Mr. John England of Limpenhoe advertised, Wednesday 21st June 1865 that he had a Sitting Room and a Double-bedded Chamber for hire to Anglers, for the Summer Season. The location was within fifty yards of the river.

Limpenhoe - On Monday 30th September 1867, the Live and Dead Farming Stock of John England was to be Sold by Auction since he was retiring from business.


Note in Licence register dated 28th June 1872 states  "This house is converted into a private dwelling''
