Offered for sale by auction Saturday, 31st July 1841, described as a BEER SHOP with upwards of 26 Acres of Land with good Barn and Out-houses, then in the occupation of Charles Page at a rental of £20 per annum for the Beer Shop and a rental of £60 per annum for the land, under a lease due to expire Michaelmas 1843. Sale owing to the death of Timothy Fellows Esq.

Full licence confirmed by Norfolk County Confirming and Compensation Authority 1st May 1957 upon removal from the
WHITE HOUSE, Horsham St. Faiths.
