A brick and tiled Dwelling-house containing two low rooms, two chambers, wash-house and pantry, with a Garden in front and one at the back, with use of the well and privy. Occupied by Benjamin Shreeve as a Licensed Beer-house and called the WINDMILL.
A very considerable business being carried on as there are very extensive Brick Grounds in the immediate area.
