Part of the extensive estate of the Assignees of William Fisher, brewer of Chatteris.
Dalton Bonas is also given at the (Black) SWAN, Little Dunham in 1875, It seems that was the year he changed houses.

The J. G. Harrod directory of 1877 places Mr Tingay at this house, but subsequent directories confirm Mr. Bonas again as licensee from at least 1879 to 1892.
