Mr. Rushbrook named as keeper March 1843 since he had purchased a donkey on 21st February for 13s which turned out to have been stolen by a man named Wright, alias Chamberlin, who had only been discharged from the city gaol the previous Saturday. (Donkey valued at 40s)
