Given by Pigot in 1839 as at Bridge Street.

 Lot No. 8 in a Sale by Auction of properties, mostly land in St. Augustines, a Tenement at St. Martin at Oak and this house in Heigham.

Sale held Friday 6th August 1841. Said to be a substantial Dwelling-house, in the parish of Heigham, called or known by the name of the FALLGATE, next the Street, used as a Beerhouse, with extensive trade, in occupation of John Lake, as undertenant of Messrs. Youngs & Burt.
 Freehold.
