The Chief Constable advised the Bench, Monday 7th February 1910 that there was a fish drying house at the back of the house that had a door opening into the private yard of the public house. He suggested that licence renewal be adjourned in order that the entrance was blocked off. Youngs, Crawshay & Youngs said they were prepared to do anything to meet the Chief Constable's requirements.
