	Possibly same house as  VINCENTS TAVERN, 
	on the Quay, as recorded 13th February 1776 when a sale of Madeira Wine was 
	held and as recorded 29th January 1777 when two properties, The 
	Anchorsmith's Shop and a Blacksmith's Shop were sold by auction. 
	 
	Also the ship STAWELL of two hundred tons burthen, lengthened by sixteen and 
	a half feet, was to be sold at the VINCENT'S 
	TAVERN on Monday 31st May 1779. 
       
    Located at the North West corner of Row 61, Howard Street to North Quay. 
     
      Originally the COALMETERS, 
 	
 	then the 
	SHIP, 
    later the STEAM PACKET.
