Hilgay on 20th May.
(Isaac Riches junior, a labourer, was
fined 9s 6d and 12s costs for being drunk and disorderly on Monday 15th
February 1897. The offence had occurred on 1st February.
On Monday, 29th December 1899, labourer Isaac Riches was fined 2s 6d and
4s costs for being drunk and disorderly in Southery on 29th December.
Further paid fine of 5s and costs 4s for furious driving the same day)
