As at Rockland Broad 1938
``Where you can spend a jolly evening''.

Closed for a "few Months" until early 2005 when reopened as a "Gastropub".

As reported October 2024 the property is to receive transformation into a "Destination," providing new drinks, food and events.
"The transformation to breath new life into the public house and ensure all round appeal".
The refurbishment to include new wallpaper, panelling, decorative mural and a faux chimney with electric stove in the dining area for a cosy feel..........

Reopening planned for 2025.
