The Family House, located on the corner of Castle Meadow and Opie Street, in the occupation of Mr. Gardiner C. Stephens, deceased, was offered For Sale, Tuesday 5th August 1884 - Lot No. 1.
Lot 2 was the adjoining, Fully-licensed Public House, situated on Castle Meadow containing Bar, Bar parlour, Private Entrance-hall, Sitting-room, Club-room, two Bed-rooms, W.C., Kitchen and Washhouse, with small Yard to rear.
In occupation of Mrs. Barnard, under-tenant to Messrs. Youngs, Crawshay & Youngs.
Lot 3 was a lofty Dwelling House on Castle Meadow.
Lot 4 consisted of two Dwelling Houses adjoining Lot 3.
Lots 5 & 6 were Dwellings in Coltishall and Tivetshall.
